About the founders

Panthaki Architects was founded by Ar. Phiroze Panthaki, a distinguished architect whose career spans over four decades of architectural excellence. His journey began under the mentorship of the legendary Ar. Noshir Talati, where he rose to become a key partner at Talati and Panthaky Associated Designers LLP. Over an illustrious 46-year tenure, he played a defining role in shaping the firm’s standing as one of India’s most respected design practices.

Ar. Panthaki’s extensive portfolio encompasses luxury residences, high-rise towers, commercial developments, and bespoke interiors. His design philosophy—balancing form, function, and aesthetics—has earned widespread recognition, with his works regularly featured in leading architectural and lifestyle publications.

Renowned for meticulous planning, exceptional attention to micro-level detail, and a guiding principle of elegance through simplicity, Ar. Phiroze Panthaki

Sameer Panchal

Architect Sameer Panchal brings over two decades of experience in architecture and interior design, blending creative vision with strong project management skills. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Sir J.J. College of Architecture, Mumbai, and a Master’s in Urban Design from SCAD, USA, where he received the Outstanding Achievement Award for Excellence in Thesis. As a LEED Accredited Professional, he integrates sustainable practices to ensure environmental responsibility and long-term value.

Sameer began his career with Talati Panthaki Associated Designers LLP under the mentorship of Ar. Phiroze Panthaki, contributing to high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects for over a decade. Their collaboration extended for another five years, strengthening his expertise in luxury residences, corporate offices, retail, restaurants, and institutional developments.

Alongside practice, he has taught at Sir J.J. College of Architecture and Rachana Sansad’s Academy of Architecture, and served as an Honorary Juror at Amity University and Pillai College of Architecture, reflecting his commitment to mentoring future architects.

Renowned for balancing innovation with practicality, Sameer is respected for his clarity of vision, attention to detail, and designs that remain both timeless and contextually relevant.
